If you have an account in the EU and wish to deliver to countries outside the EU, such as the USA, UK, or Switzerland, you will need to create an account on the relevant site. Additionally, you must have a billing address in that country to create an account and ship your orders there.
If you are outside the EU, you can only ship to countries where you have an account.
